The assistant replies on your clinic's own WhatsApp number, using the information you give her: your doctors, your appointment types and prices, and your opening hours. You see every word, and you can step in whenever you like.

The doctor decides, not the assistant. This is how she handles any medical question:

  1. She kindly tells them she can't recommend any medication.
  2. She marks the chat «needs your reply», and you get an alert on WhatsApp.
  3. And if it sounds serious, she tells them to go to the ER right away.

Do I need to be good with technology?
No. The Muhkam team opens your account, you link WhatsApp from your phone with a link code or a QR, and you enter your doctors, appointment types, opening hours and form questions. Inside the app, a guided tour explains every page, and if you get stuck, Sham or the team will help you step by step.
Does the assistant give medical advice?
No, never. She doesn't diagnose, advise or prescribe. For any medical question she tells the patient the doctor will decide, and hands the chat to you with an alert on WhatsApp. Her job is to answer general questions, book appointments, and take the form.
What happens in an emergency?
She tells the patient to go to the emergency room right away, hands the chat to you as urgent, and you get an alert on WhatsApp. If a patient mentions a symptom as the reason for a normal visit, she carries on with the booking as usual, and you get the reason in the form.
Is patient information protected?
Each clinic has its own account and its own data, and only the account owner can sign in to it. The assistant never talks about one patient to another, and never shares anyone's details. The answers only appear on the appointment in your own calendar.
Can I reply myself whenever I want?
Of course. Take over any chat at any time, from the app or straight from your phone, and the assistant stays quiet with that patient. When you're done, hand the chat back to her with one tap.
How do I start?
Chat with Sham on WhatsApp, and the Muhkam team will get in touch to open your account. Then you link the clinic's number from your phone, and add your doctors, appointment types, hours and form questions. Before that, you can look around the demo clinic and see how everything works.
How do I pay?
The first 14 days are free, on your real account. After that, payment is monthly and arranged directly with the Muhkam team: $50 a month with the AI assistant, and $10 for each extra number. We agree on the payment method with you when we set up your account.
Does it work if the internet is weak?
Yes. The app is light and built for slow internet. Messages and replies are sent from our side as a linked WhatsApp device, so they go out even if your phone is off or your connection is weak. Just let your phone go online once every few days, because WhatsApp unlinks devices when the phone is away for a long time.
